O-hanami, Kudanshita

Hanami is the practice of viewing the cherry blossoms that explode across Japan for just a few days each Spring, drawing throngs of people to enjoy their delicate beauty and mark the end of another winter. Amid the crush one might envy the bird that can immerse itself in blossoms instead of people, but of course the celebrating crowds are an essential part of the hanami experience.   Posted by Picasa
